By clicking on the above button you can easily host a workout session for you and your friends!
It's
free and you don't have to login in.
After you've clicked on the button you can enter a nickname which your frineds will see.
Then you get a link which you can share with your friends so they can join the session!
Everyone will see the workout video
in sync and if you (as the session host) pause the video, it will pause for everyone.
You can also enable the
video-chat if you want, so you can see each other while doing the workout!
